The arrangement around my neck

We have one particular teacher at school who seems to track me everywhere "Where is your tie?", "you must treat the uniform with respect" "Where is your blazer?" and when I wore this scarf she asked me "What is that arrangment around your neck?" ... we have diligent Uniform police at school !!
